MoneyTap — loan not disbursed after multiple follow-ups through mails | |||
I had applied loan for medical emergency and is approved from dmi finance and whenever i call dmi helpline they tell that it's pending from moneytap and money tap is not responding about disbursement only replying back that it is in process. It's 8 days now but still no positive reply. Such pathethic and lathargic attitude towards customer service Was this information helpful? | |||

I have applied a personal loan in moneytap but still I have not received any loan amount and now the person who was dealing with us is either not picking up the phone or putting off his phone. This company is making fool of people who are in trouble. As this is an on line app so I have no idea where to go or complain.
