Rs. 295 was deducted from my bank in December' 21 stating payment for September' 21 was not made which is incorrect as I have auto debit set with them. This has happened the second time. First time it was resolved and got my refund. I have sent my bank statement to them. It has been more than 2 weeks now and there has been not a single reply from their end
