MoneyTap — Money transfer not activated

Sir/Madam,

I would like to inform you that, I am a customer of MoneyTap. I have sent them a request to activate my money transfer system on April 15th, 2021. But almost 1month over they haven't take any action on this. I have intimated several times. Sending few screenshots of my mail follow-up. Ticket ID: 1313556

However, requesting you kindly take necessary step so that my issue will be resolved soon.
