MoneyTap — moneytap fraud - post foreclosure emi still getting debited

I have requested for for foreclosure of 2 personal loan accounts from money tap/ dmi finance on last week of oct. After sending a lot of mails i got a response on 31st oct. On practising the loan and i made the payment on 31st oct itself and mailed them the payment proof.

But on 5th nov 2019 the emi of these loans got auto debited from my account and i have been sending them mails for pre closure confirmation and certificate, but there has been no response from moneytap team.

As they dont have any customer care number, this looks like a complete fraud company. I would like to raise a complaint and make consumer about their fraud activities
