Please know that due to current pandemic situation covid 19, i am unable to pay emi which was started from march to until now, as per rbi announces its morotorium from march to 3 month and same has been extended, due to which affected my financial loss, hence i requesting you to allow moratorium for 3 month same has been approach to money well in advance, but no action has been taken nor emi pause and u i have to bear the bounce charges, i dont have the balance in my account my account got in nagetive balance, since the covid 19 started from the month of march, to until now on dated 2 nd of june i again requetes for morotorium, several email was sent and nothing has been action has said by money tap agent pravin, vaisahli and other that ' we dont have the clarity on how to implement the same to our customers... Please make a serious note on this financial institute and they are harrasing like anything on makiing the payment...
Hence requeting you to make the strict action againt them, so i can adjust my finacial loss and stand to pay dues as earliest as possible,
Also reverse my bounce charges which are been charged, when i already opt in for morotorium,
