MoneyTap — New upgrade card not received and unable to login into money tap app

Hi Team
Just note I did not received new upgraded card since log time wit my new updated address. Now my old card showing null information in RBL app and I can not do any transactions and repayment on old card. Kindly send new upgrade card to my new updated address. Multiple times I sent email to RBL team and even I call them to resolve this issue but no luck so far.

Also note now I am unable to get into money tap application, stated that please activate card for transacation.

My old card:- (XXXX5826)

New Card:- (XXXX9172)

My new communication address:— (Aadhar card proof given to RBL team twice)
