MoneyTap — no proper response in emails and no contact number

I have an enquiry about my 1st emi and i have been sending e-mails to customer care for the past 20 days and there is no proper response. I have paid my emi through auto debit, however i'm still getting sms and calls everyday asking me to pay the emi stating that i missed the due date. This is ridiculous. How you guys are tracking the payment? We do not have a contact number to sort this out or at least enquire about what is going on. Can you provide you contact number?
