MoneyTap — No Response from MoneyTap for NOC and loan statement Request

I have closed Moneytap Loan on March 28, 2023

They said in app NOC will be received in 3 to 4 days,

Its been 40 days now I have not received any response for Ticket No:[protected]. They do not respond for customer call, even i sent multiple mails to grievance team but no luck. I tried with all the following options

But there is no response from anyone !!!
