MoneyTap — Not able to close my loan amount

Hello,

This lending company has a bad customer support. In the month of Nov I took 80K loan and paying my EMI as per schedule now i want to close my loan and I contact this people regarding the same by creating ticket and sending an email and this people never bothered to response.

Updated by rakivish It's been more than 3 days since i raised my complaint. These ppl didn't even to bother to reply to my email. I want to seriously close my loan account.

Updated by rakivish Fraud People - Can't you guys understand that I'm eligible for foreclosure and want to repay my loan but these people never bothered to reply. Very bad customer service. I request not to take loan from this company
