[Resolved] MoneyTap — Re-Update Account Detail | |
Hi Team, I am continuously struggling with you guys regarding account updates. The DMI already hit the E-mandates NACH form to my respective bank. But MoneyTap has no idea about this. The account details shared with MoneyTap on 23 Nov 2020 but MoneyTap has said to me without a cheque copy we can't process the E-mandate request. But somehow DMI verifies the mandates request @charges 118 INR the attachment attached also of my deduction amount. And from my side, I shared the cheque copy to MoneyTap on 23 Jan 2021. So now tell me who has done the fraud with my account whether MoneyTap or DMI Finance. Was this information helpful? | |
