MoneyTap — Rude behaviour and frequent harassment stating a. Due was not paid but wherein it was auto debited from my account

I have an ongoing EMI with this company. moneytap is just a lending partner and the EMI/loan account is with DMI finance.

They both have a faulty system and application. My due was auto debited through ECS for the month of July and this was not updated in their system.
My savings account holding bank has provided the confirmation of payment sent to them.

Even after providing so many details and proofs these people keep saying I haven’t paid my dues and are sending me legal notice for this.

Such a scam and a cheating company in my perspective
