MoneyTap — Unable to Withdraw Funds Inspite Of Available Credit Limit

Hello Team,

I am sick and tired of reaching your customer care through all the support handles (email & twitter) about my complaint but no resolution till date.

I have an available limit of more than 1 lakh & 97 thousand out of overall credit limit of 2 lakhs with not even a single history of delayed or missed payment and a CIBIL credit score of 753+. Inspite of this, I have always furnished all the relevant documents and have abided by your terms and conditions. There are no red flags for my case, however I am still being denied loan?

What am I being penalized for? You are clearly violating your own terms and conditions here. Please treat this as my last formal complaint. I will excise my legal rights if my complaint is not heard and resolved this time.
