Mongoose Kart — didn't get the dress I ordered | |||||
I ordered a dress for rs.1899 online from mongoose kart on instagram pg. After sending the money from the bank and sending them a copy of the chellan the told they me they will send it. When i got it was not the dress i ordered. Tried calling them. Their no was not working so sent a photo of the dress to them but they said it's the same and refused refund or excanged and blocked me. After sending the money from the bank and sending them a copy of the chellan the told they me they will send it.After that I don't even received a dress and Tried calling them. Their no was response and they are not attending the call also .They didn't even send a bill with the dress. Please kindly get my money from them.
