Last week i have ordered 2 semi stitched dresses from this site i. E mongoosekart.com. This site was referred by one of my friend. And the service for processing order was very good and helpful. But when i have received the order and it was not at all like the same as the picture was put on the site as well as on instagram. When i asked him what is the procedure for return because the product was not up to the mark he blocked me from whatsapp (Where we were discussing about the order procedure) as well as from instagram. Then i have tried to call on the same number but no one is answering my calls. Lastly, i have emailed them about my return again no response from this site.
This is very unprofessional behavior which i can see from mongoosekart.com and customer service level is zero when it comes to returning policy. I strongly dishearten the way they behaved with me. Was this information helpful? |
