On 14th june 2023, I made an online purchase of ss-9801, a white anarkali with dupatta. . Which costs Rs 2749/-. However, I am deeply disappointed to inform that the product I received does not meet the promised standards and specifications as described on this website and After-Sales service is not as expected, what the company conveyed was straight opposite to what they said after the product was been received and not only that, only pre-payment available no COD. When they got the payment, they started ignoring my messages.
I have requested for return and refund but didn't get any proper reply..
And I've contacted via Instagram, whatsapp, email and even requested for return option which was available in the website but they are saying for some products there is no return which was not mentioned earlier...before ordering, when I enquired about return policy, they said we can return it before 7 days if there is any fault...but they did't mention specifically that it is "applicable only for some products" and after when I bought the product, they are not responding properly..no email confirmation..no order ID..nothing...not only that, the quality of the dress is not upto what I expected either. "QUALITY IS VERY POOR"
If that so, how can customers trust this company?
This company is literally a FAKE COMPANY.
I kindly request to take strict and immediate action against Mr. Shaunak Mehta in which I made a payment to.

Anyways, I want my refund with an immediate effect.

I ordered a dress drom mongoose kart which is in instagram...till the payment the person was responding quickly and after the payment he didnt respond properly and i was keep on asking for the tracking info and atlast he sent me...once i received the product it was totally different and not the one which i ordered...i was trying to call them and also messaging them...they didnt even respond..i shared a picture of the dress and asked wats this and i will send this back to u give me a refund...the person blocked me from everything

I raeesah sheikh had ordered a gown from your mongoose kart collection by my mobile no. [protected], i had paid amt rs 2450/- in your hdfc bank account no [protected] of account on 19th march 2019 l have not yet received my parcel. Kindly look into my matter and send my parcel at the earliest as i have to dress it for my sisters wedding which is on 27th of april. For a very first time we have used Mongoose cart, as the product they have showcased looked bit different, from other site, with reasonable price. But its a complete trap and waist of your time and money.

From instagram we got some pics and then we have PM to get the price details with return policy. They have given a Surat number to contact on whatsapp ([protected]). On whatsapp, they promised us with a well defined return policy i.e. either through online site or simply by whatsapp.

But as soon as we have received the product, it was complete a depressing one. And now when we are trying to contact them they have blocked us on whatsapp, even tried with different number but they blocked it also, on instagram they have blocked us. And also have submitted return request on there site to which we haven't got any response (quite obvious by this point). Plus they haven't provided any invoice copy for the purchase.

I urge concern authorities to take appropriate action on such organization and show them the right way they deserve. As we are seeing many other users also complaining with same problem while shopping with Mongoosekart.

I ordered a lehnga from this website, before ordering the product i chat with website executive on whatapp as they given the number on website for chat if any query we have.
I chat they said to me if order doesn't meet your expectation you can return the order so be assured and order the product.
When i received the product it was totally different that showing in the website, even color also totally different and then i asked them to return the product as this is very different and cheap quality.
Very next day i messaged on whatsapp that what is the status of my return request, they said we will not return your product and blocked me on whatsapp.
I tried to contact them with different number and they did the same blocked that number too.
I email 3 times and there is no reply from their side.
Please help me to return my order.

Last week i have ordered 2 semi stitched dresses from this site i. E mongoosekart.com. This site was referred by one of my friend. And the service for processing order was very good and helpful. But when i have received the order and it was not at all like the same as the picture was put on the site as well as on instagram. When i asked him what is the procedure for return because the product was not up to the mark he blocked me from whatsapp (Where we were discussing about the order procedure) as well as from instagram. Then i have tried to call on the same number but no one is answering my calls. Lastly, i have emailed them about my return again no response from this site.
This is very unprofessional behavior which i can see from mongoosekart.com and customer service level is zero when it comes to returning policy. I strongly dishearten the way they behaved with me.
