Hai, My name is Muhammed Althaf c.j from kochi 1 week ago I got a call from monster.com I lady is called me her name is riya and told me that there is a vacancy in ultratech cement company, and she told me to send photos, Id proof and cv, on next day she called me and told me that there is telephone number afternoon for that she told me to pay 2200RS, so I pay the amount, At 4 o clock I got a call from HR o[censored]ltratech company and the interview gone for 1 hour after that she called me again and told me that the result will be publish on tomorrow, on next day I got a mail from ultratech and they told me that I have qualified the interview after some time I got a call from HR and he told me that for documentation and police verification I need to pay 8500RS, I have no money at that time so I told him I have no money, because of that he terminatd the profile, riya from monster. Com didn't told me about the 8500RS, so I ask her for my 2200RS, before I paying that amount she told me that if I don't get the job with on 7 days the amount will be refunded, I have called her so many times she didn't replay me, The job location was in Bangalore, please help me to get my cash back

I had purchased monster resume services on march 27, 2019.
This package included resume highlighter, xpressresume and smart cv.
However, till now i see only resume highlighter enabled in my profile and other services are unavailable.
I've notified the same to every possible team member including escalation department but none have provided any resolution and just keeps on asking me to wait.
Today, i even found that some information was removed from my account without my knowledge with a possible attempt to sabotage the profile.

We had purchased monster resume search for 6 months validity. When we start sourcing it gave only 1 or 2 relevant profiles for easy requirements (Other job portal gives atleast 50 profiles), we raised our concern with monster people. The response from them was very illogical, irrelevant and highly unprofessional way of arguing with customer. They don't have a strong data bank for resumes which they promised when they we were purchasing their service, when we try to explain them they don't listen to us. They just fooled us and now they are not ready to pay us back our half money also

I purchased monster database services for recruitment and paid over INR 80, 000 however when I started using the database I realized that profiles are outdated and people do not update profiles over here. When I decided to give up services even though the sales person told me that I am free to discontinue services any time if I do not find them appropriate. When I actually did that I was threatened to pay for the services on the basis of the agreement that I signed. This is cheating as we can not trust their sales persons and I was forced to pay the full amount. Be aware of this cheaters as they may commit you something just to sale their outdated products and achieve targets. Make sure that you take everything in writing.

I would suggest based on my experience that not to buy their database prodcts as they are outdated, they do not invest in them to promote them for updated resumes. Its complete waste of money. Moreover its a big trap as once you get into this there is no escape. Even if you escalate to their seniors it's of no any use as all of them are cheaters and they would not take any action.

We are working as yash consultancy service and to serve our clients we buy data from monster they commited that they have bpo data and provide us the same for 70000 rs we agreed and pay the 35000 rs for that but the data they provided is bogus maximum customers stated that they never registered on monster for job. Moreover their data shows that the candidate is for noida and when we called they candidate said that he apllied for hyderabad and we tried to reach their support team but they trying to make us fool by sharing search result ohh bogus search result on email.. Now they are neither providing us the data nor ready to refund our amount

A lady claiming to be from monster.com said you have to pay 2600 for telephonic interview for infosys. If you selected or rejected, you will get full amount refund.

I have the number of the lady as well. I didn't gave any money and didn't pick up the call the second time.

I thought better to do some research before sending any money and i was shocked that the same mobile number has been mentioned in many other complaint forums since last year where this lady has called with this 2600 rs offer for job interview.

Please take action against her.

Despite several attempts to reach out to monster india over the past 4 to 5 months, i as a customer haven't got a single positive response. Not just that, but yesterday under the name of monster.com, an amount of rs.5000/- got debited from my account with the purpose of refund of an amount of only rs.1770/- by just entering a few details under the guidance of "accounts team of monster india".

My question is how is that such internal details are known to scammers and frauds who have the courage to take money under the name of monster.com. They use monster.com to cheat and am sure it is encouraged internally somewhere. Such details must be confidential to the organisation.

The person i was in touch with, mr. Dayyala prasanna hasn't responded since the payment was made. Your customer service is terrible and impolite. They can't be even reached through the numbers you have provided.

Kindly track all mails under the email id [protected]@gmail.com to prasanna. [protected]@monsterindia.com. I understand that you are a national level job platform but kindly don't make your clients lose faith in your services. That is the biggest disgrace to an organisation.

I know this mail may be spammed by your busy employees, but i will still give you the name and the number of the person who contacted me.

I applied for a job in monster.com and the next day i got a call from monster saying that they have shortlisted my resume for 2 companies - wipro and capgemini, the initial payment for the process is rs. 2600 that is refundable.

Here are the details:
1. Received call from -[protected],...

Got call from this number +[protected] saying to set an interview in mnc company email from [protected]@outlook.com and they were cheating many people. I almost lost 40k by paying to them. I have proofs for that. Those people are first making us to pay 2600 initially and later for further process they are asking us to pay the further amount. Post paying money they are not picking the call

I registered in monster.com and the next day i.e on 16th January 2019, I got a call from Monster saying that they have shortlisted my resume for 2 companies - Accenture and Cognizant, the initial payment for the process is Rs. 2600 that is refundable.
Mails received from -
No body informed me that each and every step after the initial payment will need a money transaction .

Here are the details:
1. Received call from - [protected] Person Name: Sumit- CRM Manager- Forwarded my resume and performed every step .
2. Initial payment for 2600/- was done on 16th January 2019 via Google pay on UPI ID- job.[protected]@axisbank.
3. Next came the payment for profile verification- same person contacted me and the payment amount was of 6500/- done via google pay on UPI ID - job.[protected]@axisbank.
4. Next for e-profile generation, payment of Rs. 11000/- was done on the same UPI ID- job.[protected]@axisbank.
this transaction was failed for 2 times resulting the money to be debited from my account but they claimed that it has failed. next they asked for a payment of 22000/- all the amount is refundable, even the accidental amount. I made the paymnet for 22k which was suucssful on the UPI ID- job.[protected]@axisbank
5. next Day i.e 17- January 2019, Sumit contacted me again and told me that for the refund process to start, they need to generate a verification ID for me and for that they will request for 31, 100/- transaction on Google pay, but that amount will not be debited. I told them No and that I want to opt out of all this process and that I don't want to get any jobs like this.

6. But He was stuck on that procedure only. he then said that okay you generate the ID for 22000 that will be refunded but the amount will not be debited from your account. i actually again fell for that and said ok, and again the amount was debited from my account. Another accidental debit.

7. Now they have actually started the refund process for the 31, 100 amount, but they are unable to verify the transaction IDs of the accidental transaction that i have provided them.

8. these are the transaction IDs and details:

They are claiming - person name- Hitesh Number- [protected]- account person. according to them they are unable to verify these above mentioned transaction IDs. and Now they are asking me to do another new transaction of 44K to generate a new transaction ID in order to get my Accidental Amount ie- 22k plus this new 22k back.

I have asked them to send me the details of this policy they are following and Proof that my Transaction IDs are not getting verified, but nothing.

I need the amount that was accidental transaction of 44k need to be refunded back to me ASAP. 44k is not a small amount of money. Why do i need to spend another 44k for the refund. Also they are claiming that once i do the transaction, they will actually refund the whole amount i.e. 88k to me while on the call.

If they can do that why cant be send me my money back on my UPI ID?

Kindly HELP.

I Mansi Jain, Today I get a call from monster some Rajesh was speaking, he was telling me that my resume is being shortlisted in two companies Accenture and Tech Mahindra for software developer post and he was giving me surety of getting a job if and only if I submit 2985 amount to them. As amount was refundable but when I ask him for his company registration number he got hyper and start abusing me and when I say that I cannot submit this much large amount terrifying me that he will block my account from the monster and I will not get any job. below are details of mail which I received

I was contact him and he told me he is employ of naukri.com and told monster and naukri.com have tie up thats why monster sent my cv to aditya sharma. He took my email id and. Afterthat, he took my full detail and told me first of all you do registration and that is fees rs 2000/ then we will doing your telephonic interview also provide me bank ac number [protected] holder name dinesh kumar (Prm), pnb bank. Then i have paid that rupees and i got telephonic interview from cipla limited contact no +[protected] then got call hr abhishek sharma he told me about joining. After that they told me congratulations you are selected as a data analyst. Then aditya sharma and his hr ayshi mam told me paid 8500 for security money also i paid seperately 5000/ and 3500/. Then they provide payment slip from cilpla. Again cipla hr abhishek sharma called me and told for training purpose you paid rs 15500/ then i confused. Although, again i have paid rs 5000/. Afterthat i call monster helpline then they told me there has no tie up and got information from cipla helpline they told me we are not taken money. And remaining 10500 i cannot pay. Thats it
So please help me sir/mam, i have all details all receipt copy everything. Piease help me.

I'm nisha mehra from ambala (Haryana)... As on (24 dec 2018) i have uploaded my resume on your site and after this your executive (Sanjana from bangalore monster office) had called me and
Told me regarding banking sector jobs. She had asked me to fill registration fees which is amounted to rupees 2000rs. And after all this my 1st round was telephonic interview. Which they have provided me.. After completion of this her hr (Paras from the same office which i have mentioned above) ask me to fill 5500rs for my documents verification.. And due to some family problem i haven't fill the amount... Then i ask them to refund my amount (Registration fees of 2000rs) and cancel my profile and then the executive told me that they don't have policy for paying refund amount below 5000rs.. Then they ask me to give 3000rs more so that they will provide 5000rs directly... And i have filled the amount to get my refund amount... But now they were not picking up my calls not even replying my massagese not giving my refund and now when i have checked there location it shows gurugram district in haryana... Mam or sir..
