[Resolved] Monsterindia.com — none of the email ids work and reporting a terrible experience | |||
Dear team at monsterindia.com, Despite several attempts to reach out to monster india over the past 4 to 5 months, i as a customer haven't got a single positive response. Not just that, but yesterday under the name of monster.com, an amount of rs.5000/- got debited from my account with the purpose of refund of an amount of only rs.1770/- by just entering a few details under the guidance of "accounts team of monster india". My question is how is that such internal details are known to scammers and frauds who have the courage to take money under the name of monster.com. They use monster.com to cheat and am sure it is encouraged internally somewhere. Such details must be confidential to the organisation. The person i was in touch with, mr. Dayyala prasanna hasn't responded since the payment was made. Your customer service is terrible and impolite. They can't be even reached through the numbers you have provided. Kindly track all mails under the email id [protected]@gmail.com to prasanna. [protected]@monsterindia.com. I understand that you are a national level job platform but kindly don't make your clients lose faith in your services. That is the biggest disgrace to an organisation. I know this mail may be spammed by your busy employees, but i will still give you the name and the number of the person who contacted me.
