I ordered 2 sweatshirts from montecarlo.in on Jan 11, 2023, order ID:[protected]. The product delivered was a bedsheet instead of the two sweatshirts. I raised a complaint on [protected]@montecarlo.in and provided them the required snapshots of the product received. They kept asking for full snapshot of the product and tag. I sent them repeatedly the snapshot where we can see the product clearly and there is no tag on the product. Now, without addressing the complaint, they have closed it.
Monte Carlo Fashions customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
