Customer care number is not responding and email is also not responding

I have successfully returned my product but refund not initiated yet please solve the issue as soon as possible

I have ordered a bed sheet and transferred the money...but after 10 mins i cancelled the order...i was waiting for my refund...i have tried to contact them through customer care numbers and email but havn't received any reply.

Ghatiya Brand. Too much expensive
One can compare Monte Carlo with Sunday street market level
And one can waste hard earn money on this ghatiya Brand

I recently brought a cardigan and sweater from Monte Carlo. The size was perfect so I wore it out. The fabric started to leave behind fine hair like fibre all over. On my dress, around me and on my food plate aswel. It has potential to cause health risk.
It makes me and people around me very uncomfortable when worn. This is not usable. I want refund for same. I have already raised complaint on the official website, however they disowned the issue saying it’s natural fabric and that’s how it is.

My question is, what I am I supposed to do now ? How are you upto your standards on quality and owning your product problems?

I ordered 2 sweatshirts from montecarlo.in on Jan 11, 2023, order ID:[protected]. The product delivered was a bedsheet instead of the two sweatshirts. I raised a complaint on [protected]@montecarlo.in and provided them the required snapshots of the product received. They kept asking for full snapshot of the product and tag. I sent them repeatedly the snapshot where we can see the product clearly and there is no tag on the product. Now, without addressing the complaint, they have closed it.

No cancellation option provide to facilitate to customer, therefore we need to cancel my order and refund the amount to my bank account the order I'd which mentioned below.

I ordered 3 cardigans on 9th Jan 2023 and delivered on 11th Jan 2023. I raised a return request of 2 cardigans on 15th Jan 2023. Return was picked up on 27th Jan 2023 (Return delivery status also attached in attachment) and they received the product on 1st Feb 2023. I received an email from Sarveen Kaur on 6th Feb 2023 and I replied on the same day. After reply, I am not getting any update from their end. I am not getting any update on this. I have called customer care number of times but no one is picking the call. Customer care numbers are Numbers are [protected], [protected] &[protected]. Total refund of both products is Rs. 2, 527.50/- For reference I am also attaching screenshot of the order. I request you take the necessary action against Monte Carlo and refund my amount.

I bought a Jeans from SHOP no 75, 1st Floor, The VR PUNJAB, MOHALI
with ITEM CODE- [protected]DN-1-36 and the HSN CODE is 62034990
with customer name Roshan and the price 1959 i have bill also. i bought this jeans on 2nd January 2023. But i started wearing this jeans when i am going a trip of manali and after returning i washed my jeans first time suddenly jeans releasing its color lost his elasticity and one more thing a brown or orange thing attached in my jeans with Monte Carlo name and all loosing its color and and brown color got spreaded in my jeans looks very dirty i can't be able to wear this jeans.
i bought this jeans with my savings only and spend 2000/- in it and i thought Monte Carlo is a branded company so jeans will last till 1-2 years safely but after wearing first time i seen this, How one can trust the company. i want Monte Carlo provide me proper jeans so it worth my Money or they can send their agent to see the jeans quality and how it looses its color . I am adding bills and jeans pictures see cleary is it looking like branded company jeans or 200-300 local store jeans.

I received Faulty jacket from montecarlo worth 2787. After so many mail product had picked up on 30 Jan 2023.
But still no refund initiated.
Very disappointed with this brand.

My product was picked up and the tracking website shows shipment was delivered back on Feb 8th.. I haven’t received any notifications regarding refund processing.

I ordered 2 cardigans and there is a size issue with them. I contacted there phone and email thousand times but no response from there end. I have never seen an app which doesn't have a return option and you have to return it over phone or email. These guys are disaster. You should shut your online service. I have never seen an app like this. I wanna use a vulgar language for them as bcoz of them my money has been a put on a waste.

I return my order to Monty Carlo with original packaging and price tage before 15 days.but till now I have not received my refund..
It makes fool our coustomer..

I have ordered a jacket through montecarlo.in on 24/01/23 and recieved it on 30/01/23 but after receiving the product i got to know that product was not up to the mark and there were major size issues to it. The amount is 3k+ and due to there 7 days policy i am requesting here to please give them notice of my complaint and resolve it as soon as possible. They don't reply to calls and mails which i have been doing since 3 days.

I had returned the product due to size issue but haven't received the refund till date.
Tried contacting customer care executive many times but no one responded.
Emailed also but still no response.
Pathetic company.
I request people to not buy anything from them ever.

I have recently purchased a jacket online through monte carlo app (order no.[protected] on 22.01.23. However, on receipt I found size issue in jacket and requested for return through customer care mail, but there is no response despite repeated follow ups. Also tried customer care nos...but no response.

I am stuck due to no response from monte carlo regarding return request of my jacket costing Rs 4110/- which is of no use due to size issue.kindly help me in getting refund/exchange from monte carlo.

I ordered a Monte Carlo Jacket from their website. Today it got delivered but due to some reason I have to return that so I tried to return it from their website but there was no option showing regarding the return of the product. So I called their toll-free number and tried to contact them but no response from their side, they were not responding to my calls.
So I want you to please take an action regarding Monte Carlo so that I can return my product. Because the return policy is only for 7 days that why I want to return it as soon as possible. I'm attaching the reference photo below.
