I recently brought a cardigan and sweater from Monte Carlo. The size was perfect so I wore it out. The fabric started to leave behind fine hair like fibre all over. On my dress, around me and on my food plate aswel. It has potential to cause health risk. It makes me and people around me very uncomfortable when worn. This is not usable. I want refund for same. I have already raised complaint on the official website, however they disowned the issue saying it’s natural fabric and that’s how it is. My question is, what I am I supposed to do now ?
