Hello Monte Carlo team, I was looking for a Lady's Cardigan for my Mother, found one of choice in your Company outlet here in Nashik. But the required size isn't available! I searched for it on your Online Official store but couldn't find it. So I'm trying to contact your Customer Care SINCE LAST 1 WEEK on the contact numbers given on your Official website under 'Contact Us' so as to know the process of ordering one from your factory. But the Customer Care DOESN'T RECEIVE ANY CALLS inspite of long rings over telephone! I have even sent email for this to your info as well as Escalations email ID. Awaiting your response. -Vishal D.
