We would like to inform you that customer has raised this complaint in January month and we have informed to the customer in every mails, share the snapshot of the full product ( front/ backside) so that we can investigate further but customer shared the snapshots of packed product which is not cleared and till date ( May) we have not received the required snapshots from customer end so now we can't escalate this complaint to our logistic team nor our warehouse team after nearby 4 month so we are sorry we can't accept this complaint now.
