Poor quality jacket provided.. Not expected from this kind of reputed brand. Teared surface leatherite just after using few times. Hefty amount of money ruined. They are cheating.
I have followed all maintenance guidelines but still faced this kind of experience. This is so much disappointing.
I want refund what i have paid to them because this is useless product.

We would like to inform you that as per the company policy, a customer can report within 30 days regarding any manufacturing defect in the product. In case if you have purchased this product in the last 30 days, we request you to kindly contact the same store with bill invoice. In case store didn't entertain your complaint.
