I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Clothing, shoes & accessories
The issue that I have experienced was: I have bought one jacket worth RS 4295/- on 15/12/2019 from Monte Carlo showroom elante mall Chandigarh.The jacket was damaged as it had pilling problem after first time dry cleaning .the same was informed to your staff at Monte Carlo showroom elante mall Chandigarh and the jacket was handed over to them with the assurity that it will be replaced.I was informed in June to collect the jacket from the showroom as soon as the winter stock arrives.I came back to Chandigarh from dehradun only for this purpose on nov 14;2020 and coordinated with the staff to exchange my jacket as they have already taken the previous one from me and the new one was not handed over to me.
They are now telling me to wait for another 4/5 days .please tell how much time does it take to replace the jacket .The customer service of the staff is too bad and the way they behaved with their customers is awful.The reply given to me by the staff was that it is not their headache that I have come to Chandigarh only for this purpose and I should have informed them before coming to Chandigarh.kindly tell me when they have already informed me to collect my jacket in June, that too when I have waited for such a long time almost for a year now is this the way of treatment I deserve from them.

Either refund back my money or kindly exchange my jacket tomorrow as I am going back on nov 17, 2020.I have come to Chandigarh only for this purpose in this covid19 outbreak and it is very unsafe for me to travel back again and again.As I am a govt employee and it is not possible for me take leave for this matter .kindly ask them to exchange my jacket by tommorrow
