[Resolved] Monte Carlo Fashions — monte carlo sweater not exchanged | |||
I bought a sweater from Monte Carlo 's authorized showroom on 10th January, 2018 to gift it to my father who was out of Station and he returned on 17th January, 2018. He didn't like the colour of the sweater so I decided to exchange it on 17th Jan but the authorized dealer didn't accept it and refused to change it inspite of completing all the formalities of Exchange. We cannot use such an expensive branded sweater simply because it was denied by the dealer. Please consider our inconvenience and kindly give us the opportunity to exchange this sweater .
