[Resolved] Monte Carlo Fashions — sweater got shrunk | |
Hii this is pawan jain, I bought a sweater from monte carlo showroom, bhopal, db mall last year i. E. 2018 in winter and in 2019 i washed my sweater in normal water with eazy mixed in it after wearing it only once. After washing it i noticed that my sweater got shrunk and now i am not able to wear it... So its a request to either exchange this piece with another or please refund... Please help thank you. We would like to inform you that as per company policy in case of any manufacturing defect customer can approach within 30 days after the purchase of the product.
