Monte Carlo Fashions — Sweater shrinking after wash

We bought Monte Carlo sweater black full sleeves from Amazon.. the sweater devolved lints we hot replacement from AMAZON but the real cement sweater after some use was washed along with other sweaters but Th sweater shrunk form size 46 to 38 inches. We contact we Amazon but they refused to change it saying it’s manufacturer issue and i must contact Monte Carlo. After writing email tk Monte Carlo they premier after4 weeks saying we must go back to AMAZON. On contact h Amazon they refuse for replace the sweater saying the time line has expired and when we write again to Monte Carlo they again said time line has footed. Now, where should a customer go when the he has been charges by both Amazon and Oswall mills. The Monte Carlo Oswal mills don’t understand d that is it the quality issue and timelines don’t apply to such matters they must change the product if kgs worn out. Before going to court i am trying last minute effort to get this matter resolved
