[Resolved] Monte Carlo (Nahar Group) - Oswal Wollen Mills / Vanaik Spinning Mills Limited — Poor Customer Service | |||
2 Monte Carlo half sleeves sweaters where purchased from the store and after wearing them just once they developed lint. Complained to the store and were offered exchange. When we actually went back to the store for exchange, the Store Manager - Anil Bhatia refused saying it was normal. We stressed on the fact that it developed lint after just wearing it once. Also showed him the sweater of same brand which I am wearing from last 3 years and it has not developed any lint. But the store manager was rude and indifferent. The experience does not end here. Complained to the customer service and got no response to the complaint filed. Escalated the complain to the highest level in the company and have got no revert till date. Pathetic experience and they have surely lost a loyal customer Was this information helpful? | |||
