MoolChand Hospital — Poor Management at Registration Dest for Empanelled

Today my mother has to come empty stomach for certain tests and Ultrasound, it has been told for the test on same day invoice to be generated. but they took so much time stating issue like unable to find codes or something. my mother was reached there around 10:00 AM, it wasn't our fault if you don't able to find condes or something. they haven't generated invoice yet and time is now around 1:30. My mother was empty stomach, and it is very difficult for a patient to wait long for test and empty stomach. Kindly resolve these kinds of issues. we had to visit there as our organisation has empanelled this hospital and provided the facility of non-credit basis. But the staff and management have to look upon the matter as soon as possible
