More Mega Store — Payment refund

A purchase was made on the 07/10/21 from your store vide CM no. 3509-[protected], Trans: 43964 from your store at KOTTARAKARA-691531. There was some issue with your system and my card was swiped thrice and as I was not carrying my phone I could not check the payment status immediately. On reaching home I found that three times my account has been debited ie for a total of Rs. 1912.92. On checking with the bank the amount has been made to MORE and no refund has been initiated by you as it was told to me. Bank Details have been given to your store manager but surprisingly find that they are not serious in making the refund. Kindly ensure that the refund is made to me without further delay.
