Hi team. I'm highly disappointed with the services provided by this morning star travels. There was some maintenance issue in the bus. They told gear rod broke. There was a crack already before and due to their negligence in it, now in the middle of journey, it completely broke.

I am on the way to bangalore from chennai. I paid nearly 1500/- for smooth and safe journey in this travels, ac sleeper seat: b1.

As i was single, they woke me up midnight, said that there was seat in another bus and sent me to a different bus. There, no bearth to sleep. Instead they have a shown me some place beside driver to sit with my luggage and travel for 3 hours, sitting. This is completely against my will. By saying lies, they shifted me to a different bus.

I requested for a seat to sleep and they said they didn't have any. Now, where did my money go? Did i paid that 1500 to sit beside driver and journey for half of the distance.

I demand justice.

No sleep, no proper response to my question and was told lies and shifted me the bus.

I demand return of my money.

This is not at all customer responsibility. You made me suffer physically with back pain and no sleep for most of the journey. Atleast with all due respect, return the amount that i paid for ac sleeper.

    Please guys never give your items for this travels to send them somewhere... I gave my documents kept in a bag and they charged more than the speed post cost and they delivered it 100kms away from the destination. Such a stupid act. And they took 2 more days to get it to destination where i failed to submit my documents on time. And no one took the responsibility when i called. I called easily 20-30 times and every call got wasted in terms of work. Shameless travels. Travels name is morning star travels

    We have booked 3 parcels containing Borewell pump, hose pipe, wires and other items. In Tadepally Office of Morning Star in Vijayawada they have stolen the wires from the box by opening the box.
    In front of our eyes they have opened other persons boxes and stolen A big Cauliflower and some lemon.

    We have booked out of the 3 parcels one Borewell wire from Auto nagar, Morning Star office on friday ie 20th July, 2018. They said will send it on saturday ie 21th July, 18. They did not send the same even till tuesday ie 24th July, 2018. I had to take back the same and sent from other service

      I tried to book tickets from pune to hyderabad twice.. Both times transactions went successful but booking failed and i received a message saying refund will be done. I even confirmed with one of the morning star office person ([protected]). He also confirmed that tickets have been cancelled. But in the evening i received a call from bus driver saying ticket is confirmed. I do not understand what is the problem here and i am worried of i will get my money refunded.

        Hi,
        I had booked a seat in morning star volvo bus from rajahmundry to bangalore, boarding at morampudi junction on 18/05/2018 vide ser. No.129 (Ka-53-aa-999) for my son.
        While keeping a fragile item which contains mango pickle near the seat, the driver/attendant said rudely not to keep near the seat but in luggage space. He went to the extent of abusing my 80 years old uncle and a lady "don't you have sense". Is this the way to treat and behave with passengers, that too with ladies and elder persons?
        Again, during dinner break, my son asked him "where can i have my packed dinner" he said very rudely "go and have outside, not in the bus".
        There should be some politeness while dealing with passengers, who are their source of income.

          This is regarding my travel experience from Eluru to Hyderabad in AP07TG444, Service -167 (Driver- Challa Srinivasa Rao). Our drop was at Lakdikapul and they started calling Lakdikapul and as we stood, the driver pressed sudden break and my mom fell on the floor and was not able to get up as she was hit on the back. My uncle was hit on his head. As we were trying to get her up, the bus driver started moving even after the staff saw us getting down at Lakdikapul and I informed that she fell, they didn't care and started moving forward. This behaviour of the staff is rediculous and the driver was the worst. I want you to take necessary action against the driver and need a confirmation.

          No plugs are working in the bus no neatness not even proving water bottles
          Booked a ticket from hyderabad to vizianagaram. Pick up point is at lp nagar. But driver didn't pick or wait from even in the next stop.

            Bus started from guntur to bangalore. Bus has break down around 9pm and no update or progess from the morning star team till 12pm. People are suffering with kids, ladies on the road after paying thousands of bucks. Small travels are far better then these. Immediately they will arrange another vehicle or they will send return.
            Worst worst and such a worst travels with no action and i never travel with morning travels after this. So please consider my request and don't ever prefer such worst travels.

              This is regarding bus number 2299 - ac sleeper bangalore to hyderabad dated journey 24th april 2018. Staff behavior is worst, they allowed someone when seat beside is empty and they have not even informed about it. After me getting recognized i have fought with staff then they exchanged my beside seat with girl. After getting down i found my money in wallet got stolen around 1500 rs. No security at all in morning star travels. Only reason i have chosen is dropping point is vanasthalipuram but this is worst experience i faced.

                I was traveling from Bangalore to Vijaywada Morning Star Travel
                Vehicle No: AP-07-TW-2977 .Bus maitaince was worst no charging point, no bed sheet, water was leaking in seats, blankets was not good worst service 0 rating is also more for such kind of buses and service.
                Don’t sale seats which drivers are using to take rest in long drive example the seat which I booked was driver seat they use to take rest service . Try to maintain atleast minimum requirement when they are charging 1200 per ticket morning star travels are not given any free service keep in mind and moving forward try to provide good service.

                  The boarding time is 10.40pm but got a call from driver at 10.25 and informed he is moving from the stop at 10.25pm itself i have told the departure is at 10.40 so wait for the time. He just moved from there to lb nagar and again i made a call to him telling we are at lb nagar. Again he said he moved away. The same process is repeated without stopping the bus and we asked in which direction you are going. He have very arrogant ans like its his wish to move in any direction how ever he want and when i said him if you are giving proper information im going to file a complaint he again gave arrogant answer like my name is uma maheshwar. I have seen many kind of things like this go and complaint whoever you want. After listening to his answers it was a worst feeling on morningstar travels and we felt like never use these kind of travels and face such irresponsible and irritating people working under travels. Immediately i have made a call to travels manager and informed the same story. But i really expect some explanation from this agency for the nasty behaviour of employees you have been hired. For sure im gonna give very bad reviews and bad rating if im not going to get an explanation for my complaints. I l suggest the same to all my friends family and colleagues

Dey didn't picked me up from my boarding point. Not even notified with a call.. Untill i called dem back... And sayn me to come near mehadhipatnam... And i am. Lady. Passenger who took dis risk travelling in late nit... My ticket booking was on april 1st 2018... U ppl have a very bad service... And rude behaviour... Towards passenger.. And i have raised dis complaint in my near by police station... And also in social media... Em going to showcase hw is ur service is... I want my money to be refunded.. Fr the inconvenience u have done to me... Or else em going to send something in black and white to ur office.. And i want a revert back to this msg..

                      Yesterday traveled from hyderabad to visakhapatnam morning star bus. Bus quality is worst. Charged 1600rs per ticket but not maintaining quality. It's low rate bus. Garbage smell from beds. Not cleaning bed sheets. My sincere advice is don't prefer morning star buses. Not even giving water bottle. Driver giving reply very rudely. While booking ticket displaying amenities water bottle, tv, etc but not provided tv, water bottles. Horrible sound from bus. When charging 1600rs per ticket, they should maintain the quality busses. Just cheating the passengers. Worst experience with morning star. Not able to sleep for 1 hour because of terrible sound and bad smell from beds.

                        I am regular customer of this service but last friday its worst service its sleeper 313a actually my ticket shifted from 311 to 313 and i kept my boarding point at mvp they called me at 10:30 and they informed me your boarding point is isaka thotta at 10:30 no autos are provided i came by walk bcz the driver informed me we are starting from vizayanagaram after 10 min he called and said we are waiting how can he come in 10 min from vizayanagaram and he scolds me too much time wasted and the staff behaviour worst i said i complain on u and he said what ever u can u can do at same day i lost my wallet in the bus i comained to them but they didn't even search and they said we will call you and they didn't even call me. Waste staff i[censored] continue them ur customers will shift to another service first try to learn how to behave with customers and i know my purse was stollen by staff only. Worst staff waste

                          I boarded bus service no : 248a (Morning star) i paid 1039 ea for my ticket..
                          The bus staff is responding harshly for what ever question i ask.
                          Once i asked to stop the bus to urinate..
                          He scolded me and told me it vl be stopping only in vijayawada..
                          And when um asking him to switch on the power for charging my mobile.. He scolded me twice.. And send me back.. Some one should take action on theese guys else morning star would loose customers

                          The driver and...Workers are very harsh they are not stopping for urinals...If 2mnts late mean they are leaving the bus...Even they wouldnt look back...And charging point is not working... I given complaint to management they are saying..We are not responsible for that...I hope u guys won't take care all these these are time waste

                            Hi!! I booked a ticket on morning star travels

                            Date of incident : 26 jan 2018
                            Travel pnr 5560326
                            Bus was booed with a side berth, d1 from hyderabad lakadikapul to rammurthy nagar bangalore
                            However, teh bus was cancelled and was given an option to be accomodated on another bus on same route, however, teh bus was plying upto hebbal
                            I was given an option to shift to that bus or cancel for a 100% refund and i opted for cancellation.

                            It has been 20 days and i dont hear from them on the reversal or refund.

                            Apprecaite, if youc an help get the refund of the amount.

                                I have to travell from hyd to vij, I had book ticket of sleeper from LB nagar to benzcircle (Vijayawada), cause i have to go another 10 km towards poranki.

                                After i reached vij, driver Mr Yamala Siva Rama Krishna says that my boarding point is at ramarpaad ring. This bus going to vyzak, it wont be possible for baording at benzcircle at midnight 1:30 AM, Where the bus itself having boarding point at benzcircle at their office ----- PNR:5592817

                                    Dear team i am from hyderabad yesterday my sister travelling from hyderabad to avanigadda in morning star travels the bus driver driving very rashly not only now past also i am facing the same issue we face the same issue. Already the same bus did accident in last 3 months back in my village again they are doing same. Actually the bus start in 9 o clock and its roam in some local areas in hyderabad so they cross city after 11 o clock then the bus cross over speed. Please take care of necessary action against this issue otherwise its will cause some other issues like road accidents.

                                        On 8th of dec'17 we total of 8 passengers boarded the bus of morningstar travels sleeper coach from hyderabad to shiridi for baba darshan where the bus was fully occupied and everything was fine till 2:30 am and after it was a horrible nightmare to all the passengers as the bus rammed into a lorry and the situation was that the entire cabin was washed off and we 8 people were occupied are met with severe injuries where two of our people underwent the ankle surgery and my sister underwent a surgery for the removal of glass pieces as her entire left part of the body got teared off... I was very thankful to the passersby and the police of osmanabad maharastra and the district hospital osmanabad for providing the medicare on time but these ruthless morning star travels didn't bother about the situation and didn't even enquired about the situation of passengers especially mr. Ganesh, manager of the morning star travels from guntur... No one responded for the calls and the behavior was rude such that we struggled in a non-home state for almost 10 hours and i being the sole person with minor injuries took care of all the people from arranging the ambulance and all the things but the only thing which hurted me is lack of humanity... The travels which is full of ego due to ruling party support and all... I need help of people to take it further by filing a complaint in the consumer forum and the courts.

                                        I am also attaching the pics of the accident.
