Yesterday hyderabad to bangalore sleeper bus drivers and lakkidakapool manager were very crusuial behaviour our daughter and son language is not accepted and throw. The drivers and manager are down children's and bus gone. After one hour the bus in the mahidipatnam puller no.52., if you go? Are not? Next we are gone at mahidipatnam and get bus. We are luggage two luggage bag and one 5 kgs cotton bag. The drivers and manager told language bags not allowed and only carrying passengers. We are paid rs. 3400/- only. So the bus owner take action above drivers and manager,.

    I booked a trip from bangalore to hyderabad via morning star travels at 11.30 pm on 13th may through redbus.
    10:30 pm : bus was supposed to be coming at 11.30 pm, we received a sms stating bus will be 30 mins late due to heavy traffic
    11:00 pm : sms received from morning star that bus is 20 mins early and will reach before time at boarding point at marathalli bangalore
    11: 30 pm : bus didn't come and we were told its due to traffic
    00:00 am : bus didn't come, shift in charge at morning star marathalli office informed bus will come in 20 mins and it's at electronic city
    00:30 am : bus didn't come, shift in charge at morning star marathalli office informed bus is on the way
    00:45 am : bus didn't come. Shift in charge at morning star marathalli office informed bus has broken down at electronic city. Repairing is going on.
    01:15 am : bus didn't come and shift in charge at morning star marathalli office informed bus will come though dont know when.
    01:16 am : left the morning star travels marathalli as even if bus would have come in 5 mins, it would be afternoon to reach hyderabad and had to travel to hyd office for a meeting scheduled at 9 am.

    Called redbus for refudn on 13th may 01:15 am, and then on multiple times for next 2 days. Everyone said they will help but no one took ownership of the issue as they clearly dont care for customers and more interested to fool passengers.

    Morning start travels : this is the second time such issue happened with 11.30 pm bus for hyderabad from bangalore. Basically, morning star travels allocate the worst quality bus for last trip of the day and staffs are incompetent, doesn't speak any universal language like english or hindi and dont care for either passengers or any issue reported to them.

    I'm sure redbus or morning star travels will not refund any money because they are the worst possible travel companies i have ever seen who only wants to drive money from customers without taking any action/approach to help customers when they require and ask for help.

    Morning star is one of the pathetic bus operator in south india and this looks fishy how they are maintaining 4+ star rating in redbus website which reflects the corruption and inaccurate practices being conducted in mroning star as well as redbus.

      I don't know whether this complaint or review will be taken into consideration or not but this was such a bad experience with this travels which has got such a miscommunication and inconvenience.
      I got a call from a number saying that my bus which I have booked from Bza to Hyd is cancelled and they have arranged other bus and have changed my boarding point after which I have asked him whether the sleeper is vertical or horizontal and if it was a lower side bearth or not he everything will be the same but I'll get a front bearth which is lower because initially I have paid for a lower bearth but this guy gave me an upper bearth which came to my knowledge only while boarding the bus and I spoke to the operator, thanks to him he gave me a lower bearth and the seating horizontal from the drivers side like in train which I was not comfortable and the guy who called me up literally lied. He said he will be available in the number he has called and the moment his phone was switched off and at a point the other operator comes and asks me to take the upper bearth which was really embarrassing and I did not take the upper bearth. Why should I face even that disturbance in the midnight in a journey.The driver did not drop me at the arrival point but dropped before that where I had to walk to the arrival point. Such an irresponsible travels it Is .

        I book ticket date is may 1 st 2017 from guntur to hyderabad from make my trip, before one day boarding journey they are called to me, and ask seat details and i am tell that person (Rahul) i am canceled my ticket from make my trip and they shown my details and tell that person is your ticket is not canceled and i am canceled your ticket from my side and refund your money like that he told but till now i didn't get any refund. When am calling to customer care they give irresponsible answers. This is is my humble request is don't book morning star bus tickets and waste of your time.

        Respected one's. . We the people who had travelling in ur buses. . We suffered a lot due to insufficient requirement of a/c in the back seats. . It's better to make a modification in A/C in back seats . .

          I have booked a ticket with morning star travels from bangalore to hyderabad. I was waiting for the bus at their office for almost an hour, they left without me. When I called the driver, he was very very rude and said my phone was not available. If it's not available how did he received my call... these people cheat the customers for money. No manners, behaviour. Animals are better than them. First teach your staff how to behave with customers. If you people are really cared about only money, stop cheating us and start begging on roads. Indecent, pathetic, disgusting #####.

            I had my bus to pune from hyderabad from a stop 'kondapur' at 20.10 on[protected] and the driver called me at 20.02 saying that there is a police so we cant wait there come to miyapur, i will reach there at 21.45. (He was very rude though). I reach at miyapur at 21.20 and called driver, then he said he already left from that place. And cut the call. The language he was using was very rough.
            I have exam the next day so what am i supposed to do in this case?
            If morning star is providing this service i would never refer this to anyone ever.

              I have reserved a ticket from bandarulanka to Hyderabad on April 13th 2017. And customer care executive was called to me on that same day and said "Your journey is cancelled due to bus accident and your money will refund within 4days" . And this is the 7th day, there is no response from Morning start travels. if I tried to call CUSTOMERCARE no one will pick up my call..I want my money back..

                Hi,

                I travelled in this travels from tuni to hyderabad on 14-mar-17. I have 40 kg rice bag. The conductor/helper asked 100 rs for rice bag (Tip) when i got down at my drop point. Then i asked that person "why i have to pay money if luggage is below 50 kg". He told me that this is not applicable to my service and we are taking your bag to office if you don't pay 100 rs to me. His
                Behavior was very rude and aggressive. This travels management has no control on staff.
                Staff should respect passengers. But unfortunately this is not happening in this travels. I had worst experience with this service and decided not to travel again in my life. Finally i request this management to monitor staff and take seer action on their staff.

                  Monthly maximum I travel moring star at least 5 times. Guntur to others areas & other areas to guntur. Guntur earely moring pick up van service is very bad. Driver &cleaner respons was very bad. They don't know how to behave with custmor. If it is possible cancel the pick up van service morning time. This is my last travel in morning star traval.Moring time up to 6.30 am alloow the all buses in to city.

                    I am traveling in morning star bus from Guntur to Salem today and my seat number is UF2.

                    It's full of water leakage from AC and there is no proper response from your staffs also. Even after paying the amount, I am spending time with sleepless night due to your poor maintenance.

                      Morning star travels mangment is fail to control drivers and conductors. They are changing too much amount while passengers are carrying rice bags or cotton boxes. According to goverment norms up to 50 kg's luggage she'll be carry with passenger.
                      Please provide one specified colum for luggage details to avoid arguments, tips & unnecessary charges during gurney.
                      Morning star travels staff behavior is very rude and violent behavior. Please remember your entire business is depends on passengers so please respect the passengers first.

                        Go yes frequently I am observing tester day one but I think 107A Uppal it was change and today 263A changed to 115A what this how can we get the same seats or bearths it's too bad sir pleas rectify if seats full you are running the show other wise changing yes I observed in on line okok don't think that I am the monark one day will come people wil fed up if you do like this.

                          I booked a ticket using redbus mobile app for my sister from guntur to hyderabad service no 222. for which pick up van was not mentioned.
                          That's ok. they have their own issues
                          But the way the people at the branch are getting people into pick up van is disgusting
                          They are yelling at customers and in return telling to speak to whomever we want
                          I was surprised
                          So somehow got the mobile no of the manager mr ganesh and called him to tell the issue.
                          To my surprise he answered my call and was speaking to someone beside him and put off the call
                          I called him back and then he says it's mentioned in the mobile sites which i criss checked in red bus and abhibus
                          But pick up is nor mentioned
                          And when i complained him about the behaviour of the staff at the branch he simply said ok and put off the phone again
                          Then i understood
                          If that's the way manager responds so are his subordinate branch staff
                          I'm not going to travel in this service anymore

                            Travelled by this travels on 11th oct from bangalore to hyderabad. First of all no contact details was sent through sms about the driver/ cleaner whom we can contact. Called a number that was specified in ticket, but that guy wasn't helpful at all. Did not share the drivers number, told me to go and stand at the bus pickup location.
                            When the bus finally arrived, it did not stop at the pickup location. It just sped by, and i almost missed it. Thankfully had a vehicle using which i could chase it down. Caught it after 2 kms. When a customer has not boarded the bus, usually they call up and ask their whereabouts. Here i had clearly told the guy (Whos contact details were provided) about my pickup location, but they still did not stop.
                            The sleeper bus did not have curtains. Couldn't sleep the entire night, because of that.in the schedule, and the booking portals it was clearly specified that madhapur and cyber towers were the drop points. But when we asked the driver, they said they will not go anywhere near that place, and that we should get down at mehdipatnam. This is 10kms away from the designated drop point. The drivers were very rude, and were arguing a lot.

                            The travels should educate the drivers on ethics, and what their boarding and drop points are. Customers do not wish to be dropped in the middle of nowhere, when they have paid the services to be dropped at some specific point.

                              Charging more amount for luggage

                              I have booked the ac sleeper bus ticket from hyderabad to chennai. I have 4 bags and 5 cottons of luggage. When i have booked the tickets, i already informed them there is a more luggage how much you will charge for that. They have told me, for bags there will be no charge and for extra 5 cottons you have to pay 250. But when i am boarding at l b nagar with luggage the driver is asking me for 1 cotton 300. Finally they have taken from me...

                              Today iam travelling to hyderabad from vijayawada. Iam taking my lcd tv with me so conductor and driver asking for 300 rs for that. But I kept my tv in one of my seat. We booked 3 seats and we are carrying 3 small bags. Why unnecessarily we have to pay the money and even they called to someone and spoke to me that you have to give money. What is this . Iam carrying with me on my seat still I have to pay money. This is not the correct management. Iam the regular passenger to this travels but now I got fed up of this..

                                Be careful to use prepone/postpone option in morning star travels .. its ridiculous to me ... for second time cancellation you will get 0 RS .

                                Support team says they can not do any thing and says read terms and conditions.

                                Its totally confusing option .

                                I called support team . they are helpless they say . and gave another number, they do not pick up the call .
                                I am totally help less.

                                Coupon amount money + debit card amount both are not refunded .

                                  Morning star travels is the one of the worst i had ever seen in my life. Today (26-july-2017) i have to travel from nellore to hyderabad. My bus has to arrived at 11:15 pm, but those people shifted to 11:55 pm even though it didn't arrived in time. My booked seat is also changed and they told u will departed in hyderabad by 7:30 am (27-july-2016) but it arrived in hyderabad at 12:00 pm (27-july-2016). The service representatives also not responding properly. So this will be my first and last journey in morning star. I will suggest my colleagues and friends to not travel in morning star.

                                    Actual I have booking a ticket from Hyderabad to guntur i have entered all details include cash payment .at the end on the massage displayed about your transition is cancelled but mny is withdraw from my account and ticket also not conformed at the time .so I have book a ticket from another website. So 4 hours of booking I got a 2 massages from morning star travels your ticket conform in 2 buses .so plz resolve the problem and gave cash back

                                      Morning star travel travels is charging more fares during weekend's and holidays.

                                      Usually from chilakaluripet to hyderabad fare on week days is rs.350/- where as if we consider on sunday's they are charging more than rs.350/- and now we can see that fare is rs.720/-(.I.E., 27th march 2016) due to holiday and sunday.

                                      Can we know why there are charging different charges for different days.

                                      Attached the screen shots for that.
