I have booked tickets of 6 with amount 6000+ but not able to journey due to relative health emergency.We are not allowed to cancel the tickets before 10days as it saying 100% cancelation charges applicable.

We booked from Pondi to Hyderabad and it's raining and there is a leakage of rain water on our seat. There is no blanket provided, no water bottle, charging points not working, lights not working. Why the hell are you continuing services when there is so much maintenance work around that needs to be done.

We have booked tickets on Morning Star Travels from Guntur-Bangalore to my parents 15 days before as I can get the seats in front for their comfort journey. Later as they are aged and not willing to travel by bus, I tried to cancel the ticket and the cancellation charges are 100% which I can't get any amount back. I don't know whether the government had given permission for these travels for 100% cancellation charges or is it their own policy....

Hi Team,

I booked ticket from Kurnool to Hyderabad(please find the attached ticket). We are waiting at pickup point from 3:25AM and tried to reach the drivers from 3:30AM. All the response I got is switched off from one not available from other contact numbers. Also tracking is not there for this bus.

Waited with the family(with small child) on the road till 4:30AM we didn't any response or information what is going on.

Can you please look into this issue and refund the money?

This is the worst experience ever had with Morning star. Please take the necessary action as soon as possible.

The bus was scheduled to pick up from Karimnagar at 6 pm, but the bus arrived at 7:30 pm, it was supposed to drop off at silk board, Bangalore, at 8:15 am, but the bus hasn't arrived at the destination till now(11:30 am), but in the tracking, it shows it has arrived at the destination, and it reaches there by 1 pm, is it fair to treat passengers that way, it is late by more than 4hours. I need a partial refund or I will sue you for making me late for my work.

I have booked a bus from Hyderabad to jahhaypet this morning 5:30am the bus has not reached yet and till now the drivers numbers were switched off, your office in kphp is closed and now after 40 min your driver numbers are working buddy they are not responding properly. I am standing here on road, its raining heavily here. Your office was closed your drivers donâ€™t respond properly the bus has not come yet and I donâ€™t even know when the bus will be coming. Worst ever sleeper bus I have booked. Travelling to Hyderabad. Worst bus condition there is no suspension to bus, no facility to control AC point and the other thing is we have booked 4 tickets from shiridi to Hyderabad while booking over Red-bus application we put destination as Kukatpally but we have to get down at miyapur forcefully by bus operator, this is not at all fair please have a look into it, atleast please arrange pickup van from miyapur to customers destination points .
