Dear morning star travels, a parcel was sent by my friend from Vijayawada(hanuman peta) to Hyderabad (vanastalipuram) on 05/11/22 wide LR No: 22-23/VJA-H/757460 & Vehicle No: PY-05-9955.
parcle should come to hyderabad on 06/11/22 but till now (13/11/2022) parcle status is not found. iam repeatedly asked vanastalipuram branch and hanuman pet branch people but they are not responding and very rude behavior. so please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I have booked an ticket from Hyderabad to srikalahasti. Bus is very dirty with their curtains bed and pillow. They not even provided water bottle and they charged me an amount of 2000. Driver have boarded some passengers who are not even booked their tickets and have seated them in drivers cabin

Your morning star travel persons like driver and bus maintinence manager behaviour is very roodly and no response and no respect to passengers.your morning star busses are most worst comparitive to other private travel busses.so your morning star bus rating is not only 1 also so your bus operating and persons behaviour rating is zero

Worst bus ever machilipatanam to vizag

I have booked my ticket from Kothakota to Bengaluru in Morning Star Travel service no KA-15, but the bus has not picked up me. i was waiting for a long time and continuously in contact with bus conductor Mr. Abdul.

I have booked tickets of 6 with amount 6000+ but not able to journey due to relative health emergency.We are not allowed to cancel the tickets before 10days as it saying 100% cancelation charges applicable.

Unable to cancel my ticket from Hyderabad to banglore on sep20

Booked ticket from Annavaram to Narsaraopet and charged 1900 rs per sleeper ticket. No blankets provided and no lights in sleeper cabin. bad experience and better provide good service for the passengers.

We booked from Pondi to Hyderabad and it's raining and there is a leakage of rain water on our seat. There is no blanket provided, no water bottle, charging points not working, lights not working. Why the hell are you continuing services when there is so much maintenance work around that needs to be done.

I have booked Morning start travels for two passengers through Redbus for Sep 01, 2022 from HYderabad to Chirala under 100% cancellation policy.
Yesterday tried to cancel the ticket, but not able to cancel the ticket.

I booked the ticket from hoskote to vijayawada in morning star travels. Boarding time 08:00pm now it's time 00: 18 didn't came bus not telling any information about delay. We are waiting on road at midnight. Not giving information from travels. Journey date 26/08/2022

We have booked tickets on Morning Star Travels from Guntur-Bangalore to my parents 15 days before as I can get the seats in front for their comfort journey. Later as they are aged and not willing to travel by bus, I tried to cancel the ticket and the cancellation charges are 100% which I can't get any amount back. I don't know whether the government had given permission for these travels for 100% cancellation charges or is it their own policy. Even the APSRTC taking 10% cancellation charges and even train tickets are having minimum cancellation charges then how these travelers are making 100% cancellation charges. While booking the ticket on their website it was not highlighted that the ticket can not be cancelled as we are regular travelers in this travels we normally booked without checking the policies and which they recently changed their policies. They are looting public hard earned money and if I book for a family of 4 members with 8k and if I can't travel..do I need to lose all 8k. No one can predict the future and based on situations our travels will be confirmed.

Please take it seriously and help the public to resolve this issue. If some poor person books the ticket in an emergency and if they want to cancel they will lose the full amount. They are looting public money and when I asked to return the amount they were questioning who asked you to book the ticket in their bus. When I checked in google there were so many such complaints given by the public in consumer forums about cancellation policy.

Hi Team,

I booked ticket from Kurnool to Hyderabad(please find the attached ticket). We are waiting at pickup point from 3:25AM and tried to reach the drivers from 3:30AM. All the response I got is switched off from one not available from other contact numbers. Also tracking is not there for this bus.

Waited with the family(with small child) on the road till 4:30AM we didn't any response or information what is going on.

Can you please look into this issue and refund the money?

This is the worst experience ever had with Morning star. Please take the necessary action as soon as possible.

The bus was scheduled to pick up from Karimnagar at 6 pm, but the bus arrived at 7:30 pm, it was supposed to drop off at silk board, Bangalore, at 8:15 am, but the bus hasn't arrived at the destination till now(11:30 am), but in the tracking, it shows it has arrived at the destination, and it reaches there by 1 pm, is it fair to treat passengers that way, it is late by more than 4hours. I need a partial refund or I will sue you for making me late for my work.

I have booked a bus from Hyderabad to jahhaypet this morning 5:30am the bus has not reached yet and till now the drivers numbers were switched off, your office in kphp is closed and now after 40 min your driver numbers are working buddy they are not responding properly. I am standing here on road, its raining heavily here. Your office was closed your drivers don’t respond properly the bus has not come yet and I don’t even know when the bus will be coming. In this early hours i am suffering like this because of your negligence. Is this how you run your services
