I am V.Chandrasekhar from Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. I had booked 2 bus tickets through goibibo in Morning star travels bus from Tirupati to Vijayawada on May 12, 2022 with Booking ID: GOBUSIOSFAE21BB7DA & GOBUSIOSB805A97DDF for travel on May 13, 2022 at 21:30 hrs worth Rs. 1103 each ticket totalling a cost of Rs.2206. I received a mobile call from Bus operator Morning star travels office +91 [protected] on May 13, 2022 at 12:05 PM informing me that the scheduled bus was cancelled due to break down. I called the Bus driver with mobile number [protected] at 12:22 PM for confirmation, he informed me that the bus was cancelled & asked me to raise a request for cancellation on the goibibo website. Then I raised a support request for cancellation which was created on May 13, 2022 at 12:26 PM via Web Form with Task ID:[protected] &[protected] and not travelled through that bus. On the Goibibo website it was showing "We have received your request. Our team will get in touch with you in 3-7 days". I have tried many times to connect to goibibo customer care executive [protected] many times, but never given a chance to talk to them. Also called Morning star travels executive +91 [protected], but they were informing that it was refunded, which was not done yet. Till now I have not received any refund for the bus cancellation to my bank account. I expect a speedy resolution from Goibibo & Morning star travels side to solve this query and refund my full amount to my bank account at the earliest.

Worst ever sleeper bus I have booked. Travelling to Hyderabad. Worst bus condition there is no suspension to bus, no facility to control AC point and mostly this bus is going for Fitness test for Pondicherry. Very rude behaviour for the staff.

I used cargo service to banglore from Hyderabad, though the package is received three days back to the destination I couldn't collect it as they don't answer the call.I even visited the location and they are not available the office is closed.i spent 1500 on cabs to reach marthahalli just to get the packages and didn't get the package yet.

Hi I have ftravelled rom karimnagar to Bangalore. Morning star is bus is so pathetic and no clean, its completely dirty and no mobile charger is available and ac is also not working properly.Can you please take a action on this and journey has completely waste of money

AV blower issue, no control on AC, and irresponsible responce from attender and driver .

This is Naveen, I have book the Bus ticket from Goibibo app on 4th may, my traveling date was 6th May 2022 at 6.10pm, boarding at Akkayyapalam- visakapatnam. Bus Number is AP-07-TM-5713, Bus Travel name is Morning star.

Morning star travel was not upto mark, so horrible totally irresponsible, the pickup time was 6.10pm at Akkayyapalam but i waited with my family there for more than 3 hours on road with 9years...

I have booked the ticket for tangutur but they have dropped in tangutur bypass.This is the issue I have faced at that no transport facility is not available to move to my home
This is the worst thing they have done
I am giving 0 star for this travels

Driver made us wait for 2 hours in the mid night. When we contacted the co ordination.. he was very very rude and unprofessional. We were traveling from Hyderabad to bangalore. Our pick up timings was at 10.52..they came at 1 am. Myself, my wife and my son were on roads.

This is pathetic disgusting service. Co ordination say we can't do anything, cal and complain. How rude behavior. I am going to tell everyone that morning star travels is the worse service and tel all my friends, colleagues and relatives that not to book in morning star travels.

Driver always using cell phone as there is no assistance available to him to pick passengers.
He is only person for driving and follow up passengers for boarding,
In this process he is always driving by surfing into mobile.

The bus operators doesn't bother about passengers safety.

We travelled from Hyderabad to Guntur on 14th April and booked pick up location of Nampally but driver denied the pick up at the location and asked us to come to Lakdikapool office, We reached to office then they told us that if you want to board the bus board if not do what ever you like they said

There is not proper representation lady trailing from pullitikuru to LB Nagar. With Small baby and she has pregnant. WHO’s is responsible if something happens and AC not working and non AC booked bus cancelled and last seat given. There is worst service and no proper response

I am highly disappointed with the service and I would never consider going to Morning star travels again. My name is sriram and I am a CEO of a global digital marketing agency "Do not want to reveal the name".

I had to travel in a short notice to hyderabad from Narsaraopet. While I was searching in Redbus, I found most of the buses are filled and I had to chose morning star even it's a last sleeper berth(Single) that is available. As soon as I boarded my bus, driver mentioned that the single seat was filled by a lady and they want me to share with another berth that is double.

On top of it, that lady was not outsider. Driver mentioned that she is related to him. How insane is this for a passenger? I personally want to take this to the media.

I want this action to be taken asap.

I and my family have boarded the bus at vijayawada..AP07TM 6584.. with out intimating me, our seat numbers were changed and other seats at the back were alloted..
After reaching vizag in the morning, the driver stopped the bus for about half an hour and for monetary reasons he aboarded other passengers..then after 5 minutes he stopped and informed us to shift to other bus to reach our destination( Vizianagaram)..
I have booked the ticket not to get down in the middle and travel in two buses, which caused me and my family a lot of inconvenience..
If so there should be an intimation before booking the tickets, so that we can look elsewhere..
There is also no intimation of cancellation of bus and seat change of the original bus I booked..
This is the third time i am facing this problem..and if there is no action taken, there is no point in choosing morning star travels for me or any other..

As per the ticket, I have booked non AC bus, but due to some unknown reasons, they people giving AC bus without intimation (we got some critical health issues with AC), so i have asked to cancel my ticket.after some discussion with their higer authorities, bus driver told me that they will cancel this trip n will receive refund from morning star", I said ok but till now we are not getting refund amount . This was happened without prior notice and the behaviour of them is very bad n rude in phone call conversation.

This situation lead me and my family in mentally dipressed situation dipressed.

Fyi I have call recording files.

I want an explanation from management with the refund compensation. Otherwise, i will be moving to file a case in consumer court.

GPS tracking not working, when informed, they said they will call and left without any updates and very rude behaviour from the driver and left 40 minutes before the boarding time, uninformed. Irresponsive and rude behaviour towards the passengers and didn't get the refund nor resheduled.

I booked a ticket from vijayawada to vizag and there is no basic service. Bus came delay and there is no proper communication. No blankets provided in AC bus, no covid measures, no water and pillows provided.. No one is taking responsibility.

On Dec 26 2021 booked ticket from SR nagar (Hyderabad) to Bhimavaram and please find bus details: bus Service No: 508 and bus no: AP07TU3663.
Bus met with an accident near vijayawada and no one from morning travels arranged a transport to destination. Everyone in the went through their own transport and myself also.
I demand you to refund my ticket amount.

These people never sanitizing the bus every were mosquitoes I never feel this type of journey in my life there playing with coustmers Bus no AP-07-TW-444
