    Women have the right to safety, dignity and respect. These private travels at least not aware about this. Stopping bus for washroom for women at safe toilets is a minimum responsibility of bus management. Bus these travels stopping bus where there is no toilet at all, water, sanitary facility. Which is against swach bharat and women safety. Please take action against them and make stricter norms

      13 th hyderabad such worst conductor and driver 5 elder asked for toilet but he didn't stop for a hour the way he talking to passengers is worst looks like vijayawada is city of worst ugly dogs those two from there and how morning star gave them job may be their women have them job.
      Really dogs like these die soon in worst way.. Morning star management also has to die in worst way

      I am travelling from Bangalore to Nellore in morning star travels AP 39 TB 5035 sleeper in the date[protected],
      My bearth is A4 upper, there’s a window with 5 inches, air is not comming inside and we complained the driver and co-workers, they were replying very rash and arguing with ladies too. Please take immediate action.

        I have booked a bus ticket with morning travels from Hyderabad to Ongole on 15th of Dec 2019 through abhibus app.
        My pickup is at 10 pm from Miyapur in the scania single axle metro link bus. I reached the pickup point and called up the driver for exact pick up location and to my surprise i was told that the bus has been cancelled. This was shocking and i further contacted the help line number and guy was arguing that i was told about the cancellation. I ended up losing am important work
        Please take appropriate action on the travels and request to arrange refund for the loss incurred

            Dear sir,
            We have been observing the cost of bus tickets since last 2-3 years they keep doubling every day.
            There is no restriction on these ticket cost. They increase the prices on every festival seasons and as per demand of searching by people.
            So every day the normal cost goes from 500-800 for non ac seater tickets and the sleeper and ac bus costs goes beyond 700 and reaches 2500.

            How can a common man bare these ticket cost during emergencies and festivals.
            Is there any restriction that government can bring. For those operators benefits they are pushing charges on us.
            This is not fair, i demand justice on this as my half income goes on tickets.

              Its very disgusting journey i had experienced in morning star travels. Even though travelled in gold class sleeper, maintenence of bus was not good. Water has been falling from ac outlets in cabins whole journey.

              Tickets booked for vijayawada to vijiyanagaram on[protected]

              Two problems i had faced:

              1. I had observed when i boarded into bus and informed staff in bus (Driver and 1 other person) but they didnt respond for the first time. Again informed the same and they gave me a cloth (Attached picture) and said wipeout those water drops for some time. Third time they sticked plaster to ac outlets in cabin. Later some time water has been leaked from the other sides in the same cabin. I got angry and asked to the staff, they are very rude to the passengers not even answered properly and they said "i[censored] wish to continue your journey then adjust with the same or else get down".

              2. Bus got changed at visakhapatnam, but the passengers in both buses got merged and not even arranged for seating though its sleeper.

              I didnt recommend this travels for anyone. Drivers and staff in the bus were very rude at passengers, they dont know how to treat passengers. Please make a note morning star.

                The driver misbehaved with the woman passinger (Touched for times while she is sleeping with out any reason) when she is asking he is speaking in some other language and doing the same) and she feared more than two hours in the bus. Even the no of passengers are less the bus.
                I need justice to her for facing mental torture and fear in midnight while travelling in bus.
                Another one is the bus is most worrest than auto rickshaw and some sounds are coming while travelling this in national highway, the bus condition was worst and the beds are also not at all comfortable to sleep, she got sincere back pain due to the worst condition of the bus.
                For this the morning star travels management and the bus drivers are responsible for this.

                  Morning start travels as a repitated company. But you are encrypted in literated staff even they don’t know how to treat customers. The boarding time was crossed then we csk to the drivers number that represents by you. They shouted like dog. Then don’t give respect and he rocking un parlamentare language. Plz don’t encragy that tipe of blady buggers.

                    The cost is more from bangalore to ravulapalem.. Even if not in festival season also... Dasara will be on octoer 8th.. But you are putting more cost october 12th also... If it is possible put the cost below 1000.. It would be better for us.. We will book more tickets from your travel... Hence my i humble reques you to reduce the cost on october 12th.. It would be better for midlecost people.

                        Explication about bus early running by 52 minutes

                        I had booked bus I 10.10 pm at beeramguda
                        So bus timing is 10.30 boarding point in beeramguda
                        After booking I didn't get any details about bus and also didn't get any contacts
                        But I had got tracking link
                        I had opened that at that time its showing bus is running early by 52 minutes
                        After I had called customer care number he had messaged the details at the time of 10.20pm
                        Is this is correct way to took bookings when bus gone
                        This is one of the highly bad mark to ur travels
                        I had screen shot also i[censored] want with screen video recording
                        Please give an explanation about this

                        When I had asked the cleaner in bus he is saying that they had came fast to drink a cup of coffee
                        Is this is the reason for my question

                          I have booked a parcel with l. R no:p[protected], on sep 4, from :hyd to vskp but package still did not deliver, today is sep 6, i am really unhappy with this service, the phone number of lakdikapul is not working, i have to travel from my phone to office and get enquire about my parcel, when i went to office on sep 5 they give me excuses pf bus has repaired thats the reason has not delivered, today, when i go to lakdikapul office they have waited me 1hr and they are trying to enquire the parcel, but sill couldn't found my parcel, my office time is running and i gave my number to employer in office and asked him to call me or message me about the parcel, still now i did not receive the response,

                          I kindly request you to please enquire about my parcel and make sure it will deliver my order today

                            When i book morning start travel from bangalore to nellore they are not stopping near washroom for ladies they are showing open area how could it be possible for ladies to go toilet in open area? And how can we travel without going for washroom for 8 hrs journey? Please take proper response on this? And i paid 1900rs per ticket with out proper facilities

                              This is the worst experience i ever had, berths are not cleaned, not provided bed sheets, no charging point, blankets are not washed. Totally frustrated with your service guys.
                              If you guys doesn't change the maintenance, you'll gonna lose regular customers like me.
                              The way staff behaviour is very rude and not giving proper information of boarding points.

                                Details: there was no ac in the bus. I have paid for ac bus but i was sweating during whole travel.

                                Worst experience ever from morning star.

                                Now i need to money back for the inconveniences caused.ac bus was like heater literally.

                                Proceed to pay my money back. This was the worst experience with your service. If you don't, then i will complain to higher management.

                                  Management team,

                                  As per the ticket i have to report at given time of 21.00 hrs at mahesh
                                  Cooperative bank, bhagya nagar colony, kphb on 10.08.2019. The morning star bus representative called me at 19:45 hrs stating that pickup van is leaving and you have to join the bus at nanakram guda circle, gacchibowli. This was happened without prior notice and the behaviour of them is very bad.

                                  This situation lead me and my family in deep trouble and more mental tension. Later on, i have booked the cab for rs. 1000/- and caught the bus with lot more difficulty.

                                  I want an explanation from management with the reasonable compensation. Otherwise, i will be moving to file a case in consumer court.

                                  Your immediate action is highly appreciated.

                                    Your customer care person spoke very rude and used a very bad word in Telugu where I was asking my refund of the cancellation fee . As I had booked a ticket from raichur and I got a call stating bus has broken down and I should cancel the ticket hence I did so but there was cancellation fee taken so just to ask that I called up but your person how disgusting that he can you such words to the customer what if it was a female passenger. Morning star very bad experience. I will surely put it in social media so that everyone comes to know .

                                      As it’s supposed to deliver by morning, quoted that the Cover has sent to Vijayawada and it will be available by noon.

                                      As the person was away, he told that will receive it Br evening and left

                                      When checked in the evening to our astonishment they quoted already it has been delivered in the noon .

                                      When contacted Chennai they told that it’s delivered to some Kiran Kumar with DL AP[protected]

                                      When requested that it’s not been received, they wanted to check tomorrow morning so that positive feed back be available

                                      It has been an astonishment to us that no such person was known by us to take delivery of the same

                                      Cover consists of Bank Documents in Original where education loan to be pursued.

                                      As it’s important which is related to child’s career Pls check and help in tracking the cover .

                                        I am traveling from vijayawada to hyderabad under sleeper class in morning star travels. They have avoided the renewal tax and taken us upto choutuppal (55 kms away from hyderabad), rto has stopped the bus and ask them to clear the tax at kodad. Without informing to any of the passengers, they have us taken back to kodad (130 kms from choutuppal). With their stupid act, all the passengers got suffered and we got late to reach our destination. I am going late to my company meeting which is very important to me and i personally taken lot of stress for not attending the meeting as well as the bus delay. Even the in charge is not responding properly for the delay. He was saying stories and abusing the rto people for this. I need a proper answer from the travels and claim for the inconvenience caused to me.
