I have booked a parcel with l. R no:p[protected], on sep 4, from :hyd to vskp but package still did not deliver, today is sep 6, i am really unhappy with this service, the phone number of lakdikapul is not working, i have to travel from my phone to office and get enquire about my parcel, when i went to office on sep 5 they give me excuses pf bus has repaired thats the reason has not delivered, today, when i go to lakdikapul office they have waited me 1hr and they are trying to enquire the parcel, but sill couldn't found my parcel, my office time is running and i gave my number to employer in office and asked him to call me or message me about the parcel, still now i did not receive the response,
I kindly request you to please enquire about my parcel and make sure it will deliver my order today

One of the worst travel experience. No proper time for dinner. Approximately 20+ busses stopped in single Hotel for dinner. Not even single % professionalism in bus crew.
