Morning Star Travels — packet courier

This is mouli from vijayawada, today morning at 10 o clock i was given a packet courier from vijayawada hanumanpet to hyderabad (Ameerpet), he charged rs. 150/- for that courier, his behavior is completely in wrong way. I was asked him courier when it will reached? He said packet will deliver tomorrow morning only. I dont know morning star have no day shifts but i want immediately packet will delivered today only on urgent basis. So i want to cancel that packet courier. He told me morning star couldn't cancel that once give the courier and not even have a option od cancel also. Is this fair? To handle a customer. He charged 150/- not even a single rupee he didn't return to me. I have lost a beliveness of morning star travels and working persons. I asked him atleast half of the amount refund to me. But he refused that. Please consider this and atleast refund half of the money. My phone number is [protected].
