Morning Star Travels — Refund the cancellation amount

Our trip from Shirdi to hyderabad got cancelled on 15th of July. We were informed about it on the same day by Mr.prasad of morning star travels. We were informed out money will be refunded within 24hrs. However we did not get our refund ever after a lot of followup calls to Mr.prasad of Morning star travels and to customer service of MMT.
