[Resolved] Mother Dairy — bill refused for purchase made at booth no safal booth 81332 | |||||
On 14-sep-2017 at around 9:00-9:05 i wanted to purchase some spinach at safal booth no 81332 at inderpuri, after purchase i asked the store keeper to generate bill for the purchase, however the store keeper refused to give the bill since the bill was around rs 15/- only, also the store keeper was very disrespectful and behaved at the same time, the store was fully open and purchase was made to other customers without bill, ultimately i had to return the purchase as the bill was refused. The matter was fully recorded in cctv cameras installed in the booth and may be cross verified. I made repeated call to customer care no [protected] through my mobile no [protected] but same was disconnected and i was not able to resolve the matter. Kindly look into the matter and take appropriate. Is the customer not eligible for bill if the bill amount is rs 10/- or rs 15/-? Was this information helpful? | |||||

I purchased product from your mother dairy safal which was not at all as per standard..the food item had stinky smell..please hlp m in this regard
