Mother Dairy — Complaint regarding Mother Dairy Cow Milk

I brought milk from Mother Dairy Booth Number 141. I was warming up the 3 Lite Cow Milk to consume it and suddenly it turned into curd.
Need your intervention to resolve this issue. Please find attached pictures for your reference.
