Mother Dairy — Complaint regarding spoiled milk (still not expired)

U bought a packet of cow milk (1L) from Haryana Dairy firm and co. (Rohini sector 16, F5). On heating, the milk spoilt. The shopkeeper asked to file a complaint regarding this. Expiry Date on the package is 20 AUG, 2023.
