[Resolved] Mother Dairy — damaged product | |||
Today i bought 3 packets of mother dairy cow milk. At the time of purchasing i did not noticed that there was a leak. After 10 minutes i found that there was something leaking in my bag, i checked it and i found that a packet of milk was leaking i went back to the shopkeeper and told what happened The shopkeeper started giving explanation that there is no such packet leaking there is not a drop inside the crate. So i politely ask him that is it possible to replace the packet with a new one or i should go back. He again started speaking different things i started blaming me and i decided to come back While coming back he mote me in front of other customers behind my back and this is why i am complaining you you and i request to take further action against the concerned shopkeeper of booth 590. And i believe that misbehaving with customers and not replacing the damaged product is not a good practice for your organisation's image.
