[Resolved] Mother Dairy — Defective goods / misbehaviour of booth operator of mother dairy booth no. 521 | |||
Dear sir, That on 22.08.2020 the complainant bought two fruit yoghurt mango from mother dairy booth no. 521, situated at tagore park, delhi-110009. The manufacturing date on the pack is 10.08.2020 and date o[censored]se best before 25.08.2020. That the packs were kept in the refrigerator, however by today morning i. E. 23.08.2020 the pack was swollen up and within 5 minutes it busted / cracked open from the bottom and the material started leaking out (Photographs enclosed). The pack will be kept by me for two days i. E. Till 25.08.2020, which can be returned to the booth operator after a valid receipt, subject to your reply and instructions. The complainant visited the booth no. 521 and explained the booth operator, who disclosed his name as kapoor (Photo enclosed), however he instead of listening to the complaint and resolving the same started arguing and misbehaving with the complainant by saying that at the time of selling it was in good condition and thereafter the booth has no liability/responsibility, either to return and/or replace the sold product. It is further submitted that although i have full confidence and belief that the present complaint will not be entertained and will go unheard, but still, i, being a customer deserve some right of being heard. Moreover it's not a matter of rs. 30/- but the service and behaviour we get and such misbehaviour is intolerable and unacceptable. It's a routine on this booth that the operators do not respond properly to the query of the customers and they often misbehave/respond in ill mannered way. It's my humble submission, to maintain the dignity of your company, you must keep a complaint register in each booth, check the stock validity and further randomly inspect the behaviour of the booth operators, else it will ruin your goodwill, repute and trust of the customers.
