[Resolved] Mother Dairy — double toned milk | |||
It was a complete violation of consumer rights when i checked the packaging date of the double toned milk packet, and since i was not able to read the date on one of the two packets, i asked the person at the counter to please give me another packet. Out of rage, the person (Quite elderly) snatched the packet from my hand asking the supporting boy to keep the packets inside, saying 'nahi hai'. Is this how consumer awareness should be rewarded (Awwe, penaliized)?? Specifically i have eliminated the booth number, but should there be no quality check on whatever comes under govt.'s purview? I am AVM milk distributor from Badlapur Maharashtra...service of mother dairy workers or milk providers are very poor and disturbing...please provide me some solution or i'll stop filling milk from your provider in next 2-4 days. Contact me as soon as possible
