I have received a mail from mother dairy team in response to a complaint against misbehaving, rudeness and aggressiveness of a mother dairy booth (NO. 115, green park) conductor, the mother dairy team asking for my mobile no, on the similar page there is no option to submit my mobile no or something else, i realize this is a format to each and every complaint made by consumers, and is it conditional, if i can't give my contact detail then the mother dairy team won't ask the concern person for not to behaving rude, and it will go on! very nice! my complaint was, Mother dairy shop no 115, located at green park main, today 5 april 2018, around 9.30 pm, i just bought 3 items from the booth, one of items kulfi, i started to eat, realizing i paid little bit more than actual price, so i asked the concern person about the price for those items, he was rude to reply me, according to his anger i can't ask the price while i already started to eat kulfi, i can only ask before that, the actual matter was i didn't claim any, i just ask the price only, his reaction was so bad, rude unfair and untruth.
