Mother Dairy — give yesterday's milk packet forcefully even if asked to give fresh which is available

I in morning went to take cow milk at 9 a. M. I asked him cow milk. He gave me which i identified as yesterdays which has risk of wastage (Milk become curd) due to non availability of freeze. I asked him give me fresh one which is already available there. He argued to not take me and forcefully give me yesterday's one. I already paid money by phonepe so he refused to give me return. I told him problem then also he refused to give me.

They should not allow to do like this and ask them speak politely
