Mother Dairy — i am complaining about the plastic substance came out of the mother dairy tadka chach

We brought a mother dairy tadka chaach today (2nd november). During the unpackaging of packet, the chaach suddenly stoppend coming out of the packet and a white coloured tight material was stucked inside. When we took it outside, it was looking like a plastic substance. We tried to wash it out and it was not getting dissolve into the water. I think it is adulterated chaach from mother dairy.
