Mother Dairy — i'm complaining about a shopkeeper he is demanding extra charge for one of your milk pack that show rs 19 but the shopkeeper get charges rs 22.

One of shopkeeper his shop located near gurdwara baba deep singh, opposite shoes house, inside chatiwind gate, amritsar, punjab pin-143001 is charging more than mrp.
I went there to buy a milk pack of mrp 18 but now charges revised by company rs 19 but the shopkeeper told that company increse rs 4 per pack.
I don't understand how could anyone charged more than mrp when all the taxes are included in mrp
When i asked him why he us charging so he told me that if you want to buy, you have to buy at this price only otherwise leave it.
Kindy take possible action against the higher charges demanding by shopkeeper.
