I have purchased 10 packets of milk(500 ml) from your outlet number 110 on 25/03/2021 and out of 10 packets 8 got indisposed. I have lodged a complaint on that day and the complaint number is 24. Inspite of several reminders the only answer I received was " the matter has been sent to marketing department". You are requested to look into the matter and refund the money or replace the items.
