Sir, on 17 September 2018 at 8.14 PM, I have bought two litre cow milk by paying 84 Rs/- through phone pe.
Due to internet connectivity problem, 84 Rs/- was paid by Phone pe two times at 8.14 PM and 8.15 M.
I have complained the same by Phone pe customer care on 18 September.
Phon pe has confirmed the both payment with reference number.
I have asked the same to mother dairy both no-346. He has denied the two payments. I have requested him to confirm it from phone pe customer care and receive details of payment from phone pe of date 17.09.2018. Next day he reply me that he has requested to phone pe for statement of 17.09.2018 but phone pe is not giving any statement. If, phone pe will give me statement, i will pay your 84 Rs/-.
Till date, he is is not getting any statement.
I am requesting to customer care of mother dairy may please check the statement received by Booth no 346 of date 17.09.18 from phone pay. Was this information helpful? |
