[Resolved] Mother Dairy — my mother dairy card broke now balance is not transferable | |||
My SBI mother dairy smartexchange card broke. the mother dairy booth number 112 told me that it is no longer functional. hence i called the 1800 number on the back of the card and asked the executive of the call centre to transfer the amout from the broken card to the new card to which he told me that it is ot possible. this is day time robbery by SBI / MOTHER DAIRY. Today dated[protected] at 11.00 Am, The operator of mother dairy booth at GBPIT campus Okhla, Phase III misbehave with me (like Malik previous operator of mother dairy booth).
It is therefore requested to authorised person/Authorities please take necessary action in this regard.
