Mother Dairy — paneer was not good | |||||
I have purchased two packs of paneer from booth no 105 at salt lake kolkata on[protected] but the paneer was not good. I have contacted at booth and lodged a complaint vide no. 45 dated[protected]. The paneer was tested by the quality control department and clears that the paneer was not good in taste and decided for refund/return the money/paneer. But after the lapse of more than 50 days, i have neither got the refund of money nor got the paneer. I have contacted the booth but he is unable to refund the money or paneer as he has not get from mother dairy. In view of above, i want to ask in how many days i will get the refund. I usually make paneer at home from mothers daily milk. we bought milk from mothers daily in indiarapuram near friday market. usually Paneer is solid and good. today it could not solidify after complete process. it happens 1 in 10 times with milk. Date was right, it was one day after. But there was oil on top of milk when boiling. Not sure how to identify bad milk.
